She began her acting career in Israeli films and TV shows before gaining international recognition with roles in Hollywood productions such as Fair Game (2010) and A Late Quartet (2012). Apart from acting, Charhi is a celebrated musician known for blending Persian and electronic music. Her albums, including Naz (2018) and Zan (2020), feature songs in Farsi, paying tribute to her Iranian heritage and supporting women's voices in Iran. Despite restrictions, her music has gained a secret following in Iran.
